Hello, and thank you for checking out my site! My name is Birdie Nelson, and I am a photographer from Kennebunk, Maine. During the school year I primarily work in Boston where I attend Emerson College. I offer portrait, headshot, and BTS (behind the scenes) photography commercially, and direct my personal creative shoots on the side.

You may have previously seen my work in publications such as The Berkeley Beacon, Your Magazine or EM Magazine, or as promotional content for projects like The Nobodies, Spilled Milk, and Stacks, Emerson Independent Video productions. I have worked on the sets of music videos as well, with musicians like Jules Serafini for her single “Feel Alive”, and Liz Bounds for "i like you too much".
